Temple St, 93000 Kuching, Sarawak
The grass is always greener on the other side they say. As we move into the modern ‘developed’ world, we find ourselves in an environment dominated by concrete.
How many of us long for and strive to maintain that little pocket of greenery in our lives; be it a patch of garden, a bushy tree or potted plants in our home, we all yearn for that invigorating touch of nature. Along comes prize-winning mural artist Leonard Siaw with his unique Siawtistic brand of art to transform an entire concrete space into the illusion of a pocket of wilderness right in the heart of Kuching city.
Catch Leonard going ‘Wild About Kuching’ as he works for the entire month of October to create a spectacle for the entire community. Engage with him each evening from 5 pm to 8 pm and gain an insight into a wonderfully talented Kuchingite and Sarawakian.
